Accessibility
How the Above All Pool Services website supports people with disabilities, and how to reach us if something doesn’t work.
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to find our hours, read about our services and get in touch. We build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we keep improving it.
What we’ve done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and there’s a “Skip to main content” link at the top.
- Links, buttons and form fields have a clear focus outline.
- Every form field has a visible label, required fields are marked, and errors are described in text.
- Photos have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and buttons were checked for color contrast.
- Pages reflow on small screens and can be zoomed without losing content. Motion is reduced if your device asks for it.
- The phone number is a tap-to-call link, so you never have to fill in the form.
Known limits
- The Google map, once you load it, is made by Google and may not be fully accessible. The address is always on the page.
How we checked
We tested with an automated checker (axe) and by using the site with a keyboard on a phone-sized and a desktop-sized screen. Automated tests can’t find every problem, so please tell us if you hit one. This statement was last reviewed on {{TODO: effective date of the legal pages}}.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this website is hard or impossible for you to use, call us at (951) 834-3937 or email {{TODO: public email}}. Tell us which page and what happened. We’ll help you with what you need another way, such as over the phone, and we’ll work on fixing the problem.
